A way of working that considers the matter as a whole
The firm is built on a practice run jointly by its two founding partners. Every matter is seen by both of us from start to finish: the person you meet is the person handling your file.
Before taking on a matter we read the file in full and set out our assessment and the available routes in writing. We do not guarantee outcomes; we set out the options and the known risks of each.
Once proceedings begin we manage hearings, applications and deadlines, and report developments without your having to ask.
These are the principal fields in which we regularly handle matters. If your situation does not fall neatly under one of them, write to us anyway — where we are not the right fit, we say so at the outset.
