The firm is built on a practice run jointly by its two founding partners. Every matter is seen by both of us from start to finish: the person you meet is the person handling your file.
Before taking on a matter we read the file in full and set out our assessment and the available routes in writing. We do not guarantee outcomes; we set out the options and the known risks of each.
In the first meeting we go through the facts and your documents from beginning to end. We make no legal characterisation at this stage; first we establish what happened. Where documents are missing, we set out in writing which ones and where to obtain them.
We assess the applicable legislation, settled case law and limitation periods together, and present the result in writing as a set of options. We state plainly how long each route may take and what it puts at risk.
Hearings, applications and deadlines are ours to manage. We report filings and interim decisions without your having to ask, so you always know where the matter stands.
